Mike has more than 30 years of pharmacy and healthcare industry experience. He works with employers, health systems, and labor unions across the country and helps them navigate some of the most complex issues in the industry. His background is well-rounded and includes many aspects of managed pharmacy services, such as overall strategy development and implementation, clinical support, contracting, network strategy, manufacturer relations, utilization and cost management, project management, and operations. Mike has provided pharmacy benefits consulting services to a variety of large health systems, national employers, health plans, and other public-sector programs. Mike also has vast knowledge of the managed care pharmacy environment. Mike earned a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Illinois College of Pharmacy.
Renee Rayburg, RPh

Renee is a recognized industry expert on specialty drug management. She serves as Vice President, Specialty Clinical Consulting and has over 25 years of experience in pharmacy and medical benefit management to support our health plan sponsors, providers, and patients. Her thought leadership and passion for specialty pharmacy continue to influence the market, including important changes to specialty vendor clinical management products for the betterment of clients. While Senior Director Clinical Consulting for Artemetrx, she furthered the expansion and development of market-leading specialty clinical products and services including the launch of Specialty Monitor SaaS, Best in Class Specialty Prior Authorization (PA) Guidelines, and Specialty PA Clinical Decision Audit. Renee earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Duquesne University and is a registered pharmacist.
